Have you ever listened to a leader and wondered, How did she get where she is? How does she manage adversity? Has she ever failed? How did she recover? What would she have done differently? What advice would she give me? What was the best advice she received?

You can hear the answers in Dell Technologies’ new virtual event series, Partnering in Leadership. Produced by the Dell Technologies Women’s Partner Network, the series will feature dynamic leaders from across the technology industry sharing their perspectives and lessons learned on leadership, advocacy, and empowerment.

Scheduled for Friday, November 12 at 11am EST, the first event will feature an introduction by Cheryl Cook, SVP of Global Partner Marketing at Dell Technologies, and a fireside chat with Rola Dagher, Dell Global Channel Chief, and special guest, Aletha Noonan, SVP, Partner and Product Management, CDW.

A passionate advocate for women, Rola Dagher launched this leadership series to engage and inspire women in technology—and their male allies—through authentic, personal conversation, stories and advice from today’s top corporate leaders.

Rola began her career in technology 25 years ago, and her focus on customers, people and leadership continues to define the leader she is today.  A servant leader, Rola sees leadership not as a position, but an action.

“In my early days, I focused on establishing myself and learning the industry. Now I have the opportunity to help those who are at an earlier point in their careers. I fully believe in ‘learn it, earn it, return it’.”

Rola considers an empowered, inclusive, diverse and adaptable workforce to be fundamental to every company's success, and as a leader, she focuses on creating the best environment for team members and for partners, whom she considers her extended team. Through leaders sharing openly about their experiences overcoming challenges and managing through change, Rola hopes to further empower her extended team.

Rola’s guest, Aletha Noonan, is responsible for managing CDW’s relationship with its community of partners, and she directs the day-to-day operations of CDW’s procurement team, keeping a broad selection of technology readily available to customers. Aletha is also an active leader in her community, serving as executive sponsor to CDW’s Women’s Opportunity Network and ABLE, the CDW business resource group for coworkers with disabilities, as well as a board member of several nonprofits.

The motor behind the Partnering in Leadership series is the Dell Technologies Women’s Partner Network, or WPN. Led by Cheryl Cook, the WPN is a global community that empowers women in the Dell partner ecosystem to connect with each other, grow professionally, and engage in community initiatives. WPN membership welcomes all professionals within the Dell Technologies partner community. Partners can join the WPN on the Partner Portal.
