Dell Technologies Commitment to Social Impact

Dell Technologies is committed to deliver positive business and societal impact, for everyone. They established ESG (Environmental, social and governance) as a corporate function working across their company.

Dell ESG plan includes four pillars where they have the most responsibility and opportunity to activate change - Advancing Sustainability, Cultivating Inclusion, Transforming Lives through access to health and education, establishing trust in everything they do through Upholding Ethics and Data Privacy. Their strategy, plan and 2030 and beyond goals is how Dell brings that impact to life.

Cultivating Inclusion is a Core Pillar

Dell Technologies’ recognizes that their future success will be built on attracting and developing diverse talent while building on their inclusive culture. They will address inequities, create opportunities, and continue to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce and culture. They will partner with their communities on programs that attract and expand the potential pool of talent for their future.

The ambitious goal is that, by 2030, 50 percent of Dell’s global workforce and 40 percent of Dell’s global people leaders will be those who identify as women. Another goal is for 25 percent of their U.S. workforce and 15 percent of their U.S. people leaders will be those who identify as Black/African American or Hispanic/Latino minorities.
